Some more Pros on getting laid off
o Have time during the day to play with iPhoto on iMac with silly kids.
o Don't have to wait until weekend for appointments. Tuesday I went to the dentist for the first time in like three years. To get a cleaning and regular checkup. Before my dental insurance runs out. Anyone know what FMX stands for? Tomorrow I will get an inspection sticker for the minivan and go to the dump. All on a Thursday afternoon!
Some more Cons on getting laid off
o With all this newfound free time, I don't feel right doing activities that cost money, like watching a movie or getting a full-body massage.
o When filling out application forms and answering questions about employer, tough to write "None."
